1 teaspoon olive oil, divided
2 large red tomatoes, halved
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
(or 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme)
crumbled feta cheese
salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with half the oil. Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, in the pan. Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic, thyme, feta, salt and pepper. Dot with remaining oil. Bake 10-15 minutes.
