2 8 oz packages of fat free cream cheese
2 tbs low fat sour cream
1/2 tsp each paprika and cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp each of salt, garlic powder, thyme
2 6 oz cans crab meat, drained
1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
chili peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all the ingredients except crab meat and green peppers in a 2 1/2 quart bowl on medium speed until well blended, about 1 minute. Stir in crab meat and green peppers.
Line a deep 1 1/2 pint bowl with plastic wrap; press mixture in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm; about 3 hours.
Un mold on serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Garnish with chili peppers, if desired. Serve with crackers, makes 3 cups.
