4 c (1L) vegetable stock
½ celery stick
½ medium potato, cubed
1 medium carrot, shredded
3 medium dill pickles, shredded
1 tbsp flour
¼ c whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
freshly chopped dill weed
freshly chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer vegetable stock with celery, potato, and carrot for about 15 minutes. Stir in dill pickle shreds. Stir flour into a little water, and stir into the soup, returning it to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finish the soup with whipping cream, dill and parsley.
