2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, lightly grease 9X13 pan. Mix brown sugar and flour, cut in butter. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture. To remaining mixture add baking powder and salt. Using fork lightly beat in vanilla, milk and egg until a smooth batter forms. Pour into baking pan and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over the batter in pan. Mix together chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut and sprinkle on top of that. Lightly press down. Bake at 350º for 35 mins or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
