2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts optional

Cream Cheese Icing:
1/2 cube butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, pumpkin and sugar well. Add dry ingredients and mix again add eggs one at a time and beat well between each egg. Bake in a greased bundt pan for 1 hour at 350º. let cool and frost.

I bake mine in the smallest loaf tins for about 40 to 50 mins or tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
