2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 rounded Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together except soda, add cream and eggs, mix until smooth. Dissolve soda in warm water and add with vanilla and stir. Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 30-35 mins.

Personal Notes:
If your cream is not sour you can use 1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar to sour it. You can also substitute 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup Crisco for sour cream. If using substitute mix Crisco with a small amount of milk before add the rest of milk then adding to cake mixture.
