1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups unpeeled zucchini shredded
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
nuts are optional
semi sweet chocolate chips

Cream sugars and shortening, add other ingredients and bake at 350º for 12-13 mins.
