Russet potatoes, peeled

chicken breasts cut in half
Aunt Sis's BBQ sauce (recipe in book)

Directions:
Directions:
In a big pan with lid, cut up potatoes into medium-sized chunks. Line the bottom with potatoes and lightly salt and pepper. Add chicken or ribs. Pour Aunt Sis's homemade BBQ sauce generously on top. I use at least 2 recipes. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is done. I usually remove the lid for the last 20 minutes to brown.
