1/4 c. salad oil
1 T. minced onion
2 T. cider vinegar
3 T. lemon juice
1 c. tomato catsup
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 T. prepared mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. Angostura bitters

Yield: 2 cups
Heat salad oil, add onion & cook over low heat 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until sauce is thick, about 20 minutes. Recipe from Mrs. Fred Robison (Marilyn)

Memory: Granddad Thralls loved to BBQ and during the 7 years he served as Big Creek pastor, he helped establish an annual event involving the whole community. It continues today :-) They usually prepared a whole pig! -KSB
