2 - 6 oz. jars of baby food peaches
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 t. ground ginger
1 t. salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
3 lbs. baby back ribs - cut in serving pieces of 3-4 ribs each

Rub ribs with salt and pepper. Place meat side up in foil lined shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Spoon off fat and cover with 1/2 the sauce. Lower temp to 325 degrees, cover and cook for 2.5 hours. Serve with extra sauce.

Great in crock pot too!
