1 Pkg Pie Crust Mix
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp dissolved yeast
6 tbsp. water

Filling (beat until stiff filling):
2 egg whites
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pie crust mix, egg yolks, yeast, and water.

Roll out on floured board. Divide into 4 pieces (9" circle) cut diagonally into 8 pieces.

Roll up and fill with filling and then put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and sprinkle with powered sugar.

Keep in closed container to keep fresh.
