6-8 Pork Short or country ribs
Prepared mustard; any kind you prefer- 1 T
Olive oil/ butter
Peanut butter- 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce- 2 T
1 T Honey
1/2 t Rosemary, 1/2 t Basil
S & P
1 Fresh Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
In an iron Dutch oven or heavy pot, sear pork on all sides in a mixture of Olive Oil and butter (equal parts).
Wisk together Peanut butter, Honey, Soy sauce, lemon and spices.
Coat all sides of Pork with a brush and place on a broiling pan.
Broil at 500 degrees for about 25 min. ( and keep basting) or until meat is thoroughly cooked and your taste buds are salivating!
