Giblets and neck from turkey
1 teaspoon msg
1 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
While turkey is roasting, put giblets and neck in saucepan. Add msg, salt and water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender (2 hours). Drain and measure broth; if necessary, add water (or water from cooking vegetables) to make 3 cups. Remove meat from neck; chop meat and giblets. Pour drippings from roasting pan into cup. Return 4 tablespoons fat and drippings to roasting pan. Place over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add broth water mixture to pan, scraping and stirring, until brown bits are loosened. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Stir in chopped giblets. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
