2 pans of cornbread
Saltine crackers, crushed
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Green onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste
2 boiled eggs, chopped
Turkey drippings or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute together the celery and onions. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Add 2 boiled eggs. Mix in with crumbled cornbread. Add crushed crackers for thickness. If you have cooked your turkey, use some turkey drippings or use chicken broth to moisten the mixture. You can place the
mixture in a casserole dish and bake until heated.
