2 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, Diced
1 Green Pepper, Diced
11 oz. can Corn, Drained
14 1/2 oz. can Diced Tomatoes, Drained
1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce
3 - 8 1/2 oz. pkg. Cornbread Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Add green pepper, corn and tomatoes and cook until tender, stirring often. Stir in barbecue sauce. Spread mixture in ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. In a separate bowl, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions and spread batter over beef mixture. Bake uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and knife tip inserted in center comes out clean.
