1 lb. Sausage
1 C. Celery, chopped
1/2 C. Green Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Raw Rice
2 T. Butter, melted
1 C. Soft Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan cook and crumble sausage - drain fat. Add celery, and green onion to the skillet with sausage and cook until tender. Stir in soup, milk, rice, and seasonings. Pour into 2 qt. covered casserole. Bake 350 º for 50 mins. Stir occasionally. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole and bake uncovered for 20 min.
