Rib Eye Prime Rib: Boneless 11-13 lb, Bone In 18-20 lb: Get good beef from Smiths or Dan's Deli. Not a lot of fat, Corn Fed.

Spice:
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spice ingredients in bowl. Rub over top of meat. Place in pan, cover meat with foil or pan cover. Cook 350º for 1 hour, then 275º for 2 hours (last 1/2 hour remove cover). Test with thermometer, rare should be 135º-140º, med 145º. Serve with Au Jus.
