Spare Ribs
1-2 lbs of spare ribs
Cut up into ribs. Lie ribs in flat baking pan

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard (preferably dry, but can substitute regular mustard or not use at all)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for sauce.

Drizzle over spareribs. Make additional sauce if necessary.

Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Turn ribs over. Bake another 30-45 minutes (check for thickness of sauce. Sauce will thicken, but be careful not to overcook and carmelize).

This was Joseph's second favourite dish when he was young ... after Obachan's chicken wings. Mom often served it at our Sunday dinners at their place.
