Mix well until smooth:
1 cup lentils, cooked and mashed (I used black beans)
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
Then mix in:
1 cup flour (half whole wheat if you like)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats (quick or regular)
1 cup almonds-slivered
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup chocolate chips (I used mini)

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
