2 cups diced carrots, cooked and drained
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Blend ingredients in blender until thick and smooth. Pour into a buttered souffle dish. Bake in a preheated 450ºF preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
