1 pkg. Hormel Baby Back Pork Ribs (or as many as needed)

Seasoning:
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder

You will spoon this over the top the last half hour!

Directions:
Directions:
Rita always uses the Hormel Baby Back Ribs. If you chose differently, you may not be successful :) If the ribs are frozen, thaw first. Wash with cool water, wipe dry with a paper towel. Give yourself time - this is an 8-9 hour cooking recipe.

Preheat oven to 250º
Put thawed ribs in blue granite roaster.
Spray with Olive Oil to coat
Season with:
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Lawry's Seasoning Powder

Cover and put in oven.
Check every hour basting with juices. During the last half hour remove the cover and spoon the Bar-B-Que sauce over the ribs.

Personal Notes:
These take a long time...but are TOTALLY worth the wait. They are the best ribs you'll ever taste.
