1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. almonds - slivered
1/2 c. onion - chopped
1/3 c. red pepper - chopped
2 c. uncooked brown rice (cooked in chicken broth)
10 oz. frozen french-style green beans - thawed
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare rice as directed on package, substituting chicken broth for the water.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds; stir until lightly browned.
3. Add onions and red pepper; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
4. Add rice, green beans, white pepper, and tarragon. Stir until thoroughly heated.
