Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
Cajun Seasoning
Steak Seasoning
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º F. Remove excess fat from ribs. Peel the silver skin off the back of the ribs - lift with a sharp knife and grab with a paper towel to remove.

Place ribs on a foil lined baking sheet and generously sprinkle both sides with the Cajun and Steak seasoning. Wrap multiple layers of foil over top of the ribs, ensuring that no steam can escape. Bake in the oven for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan to make the homemade barbecue sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, maintaining a slow boil and cook uncovered until sauce thickens, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour - stirring frequently.

Once the ribs are done, transfer from over to the grill, discarding any liquid. Brush ribs generously with homemade barbecue sauce and grill over medium heat, approximately 8 minutes per side.
