You can substitute Knorr vegetable soup mix for the onion soup mix. Another variation is ranch dressing mix dip. You can use one cup sour cream and one cup mayonnaise. Add one package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix. Stir and serve. This goes particularly well with tortilla chips.
