Notes: This was my mom's recipe. She used to cook in the oven. When we moved to Anacortes, our house was sealed so tightly that the smoke alarms went off when we tried to cook in the oven, so we converted the recipe to the grill outside. Doesn't matter in Hawaii as the breeze blow the smoke from the house. My friend Steve Lee served this at a Skeet tournament in Germany and one of his friends apparently serves this in their restaurant in Arizona as Mary's ribs. The lemon and onions are the key ingredient.
