1 or more sleeves of baby back pork ribs
1 Tbs McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning per sleeve
2 sheets of aluminum foil per sleeve
Jack Daniels No.7 BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to 300 degrees.
2. With a sharp knife, lightly cross-hatch the meat of the ribs.
3. Rub the Montreal Steak seasoning into the meat.
4. Cover the ribs with one sheet of foil with the seams and ends sealed and then cover that with the other sheet of foil, making sure all seams of both foil sheets are sealed.
5. Place on grill for one hour with bone side down.
6. Remove from grill and remove foil.
7. Baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce and place them back on the grill, meat side down.
8. Grill until a light crisp is formed, about 2 minutes.
9. Flip them over and do the same to the bone side.
10. Plate and enjoy. Everyone will pick at the crispy coating and enjoy that while waiting for the rest of the meal!
