1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, soft
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, measure, and combine in a bowl with butter, cottage cheese, and salt. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until well blended. Shape into a ball. Place on a lightly floured surface and knead about 10 times. Roll 1/4' thick and cut in rounds. Bake in a 450ºF oven for 12-15 minutes on a greased baking sheet until lightly browned. Serve hot.
