3 to 4# spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Preheat Oven: 450º

Place ribs in roasting pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until meat is lightly browned.
Remove from oven; reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Drain fat from meat.

Combine lemon juice, catsup, Worcestershire, salt, chili powder, brown sugar, and garlic; mix well.
Brush spareribs generously with sauce.
Place a lemon slice on each piece of meat.
Return meat to oven;

Bake 1 Hour or until tender, basting frequently with sauce.
