1 - 8 1/2 ounce box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
3/4 cup creamed corn
3/4 cup grated cheese mild or pepper jack
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425º place a 8X8 pan in oven with butter to melt the butter. Combine all other ingredients and stir until combined don't over mix batter. Pour into pan with melted butter and bake 10-15 minutes until done.
