2 cups sugar
1 cup Crisco
1 cup non fat sour cream
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla
5 1/2 to 6 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheet. Cream sugar and Crisco together and mix on high until white and fluffy. Add sour cream, mix until blended. Be sure to scrape sides of bowl, then add beaten eggs and vanilla until well blended. In bowl sift 2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt if not omitted. Slowly add to cream mixture and mix just until incorporated. Continue adding 1 cup flour at a time until 5 1/2-6 cups have been added, dough should be soft not stiff. Chill dough for at least 2 hours. Roll out 1/2 inch thick use desired cookie cutters, place 1-2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Cook about 6-8 mins just until edges are barely turning light brown. Immediately transfer from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely before frosting.
