2 cup very warm water
2 Tbsp yeast
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups warm milk
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup shortening or oil
9 1/2 - 10 cups flour
Melted butter
sugar and cinnamon

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp butter
dash of salt
5 cups sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together warm water, yeast and sugar let sponge 5 mins. Add next 4 ingredients and enough flour to make soft dough. Do not raise before you roll out. Divide into three portions for easy roll out. Roll out and pour melted butter plenty of sugar and cinnamon roll up, cut for rolls and let raise about 30 mins to an hour. Bake at 400º 15-18 mins. Mix frosting ingredients together and spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
