1 pkg sugar free lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 angel food cake cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pkg reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 carton reduced fat whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. refrigerate until mixture just begins to set, about 35 mins. Place cake cubes in a 13X 9 dish coated with non-stick spray. Beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in sugar, lemon juice and peel. Add gelatin mixture beat until well mixed, Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped cream, spread over cake covering completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares top with remaining whipped topping.
