12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup light karo syrup
3/4 tsp warm water
1 3/4 tsp orange extract
wax paper for wrapping

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking tray with plastic wrap and set aside. In medium microwave safe bowl melt chocolate, stir every 5 to 10 secs so chocolate will not burn. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Scrap mixture onto baking tray and press with back side or a spatula to 1 in thickness. Cover mixture with another piece of plastic wrap and let it set overnight at room temperature. The mixture will be stiff but still moldable the next day, peel off plastic wrap and cut into strips and roll into log and cut into sections as long as you like, set aside to harden up again they will soften from working with your hands. Wrap in waxed paper.
