Ingredients:
Rack of Baby Back Ribs (Beef or Pork)
Onion
Green & Yellow Peppers
6 to 8 oz Beer
BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of water, salt, pepper, onion, green and yellow peppers and around 6 to 8 oz of beer to a boil. Add racks of ribs and let simmer for 1 hour until starting to fall from the bone.

Wrap the ribs in foil with your favorite BBQ sauce, and all the condiments strained from the pot.

Either bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour or I like to set the wrapped ribs on the grill on low for an hour to absorb the smokey flavor. Rib meat will fall off the bone. YUM!
