1 package strawberry jello
2/3 cup boiling water
1 package frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup pie shells
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add strawberries, lemon juice and salt. Chill until just about to jell. Beat egg whites with sugar to make a merangue. Fold into chilled jello mixture and pour into pie shell.
