Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 fresh habanero peppers, seeded and chopped (use fewer for milder sauce)

1/2 c. dark molasses

1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. distilled white vinegar
2 T. salt
2 T. paprika
1 T. black pepper
1 T. ground cumin
1/2 t. ground coriander
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. ground allspice

Directions:
Use gloves when handling habaneros. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until liquid. Put in jars and either can (process half pints 10 minutes) or refrigerate. Wait 24 hours for flavors to settle.

Personal Notes:
This isn't "our" Bob, but rather a recipe from allrecipes.com, but I've made it and canned it several years in a row. It's quite spicy, though using fewer habaneros makes it a bit less intimidating, if that's what you want.
