—3/4 C butter @ room temp.
—3 oz. Cream cheese @ room temp
—1 C sugar
—1 egg
—1 tsp vanilla
—2 3/4 C flour
—1 tsp baking powder
—1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
—In a bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar till fluffy.
—Add egg and vanilla; beat smooth. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
—Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stir till soft dough forms. Divide into fourths, tint each with different food color. Wrap in plastic, chill for two hours.
—Preheat oven to 350. Shape each color into 3/4 inch balls. For each cookie put one of each together to bake one big rainbow ball. Make a 12 inch snake, and twirl like a lollipop. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased pan. Insert stick at bottom and bake for 8 minutes.
