2 cups macaroni (cook as directed, and drain)
1 cup celery
½ cup onion
1 green onion
1 carrot (grated)
8 hard boiled eggs

Dressing

½ cup vinegar
½ cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
8 tbsp. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients of dressing with the mixer, and cook over slow heat until thickened. Let cool. Add 8 tbsp. of the evaporated milk and the mayonnaise. Combine all together. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
(Making your own dressing is well worth your troubles!)
