3-5 lb. whole headless salmon, cleaned
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. miracle whip
sliced lemon
Pam
foil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, rinse and pat dry the salmon.

Mix garlic, lemon juice and miracle whip together.

Cut a large piece of foil and spray with Pam. Set fish on foil. Sprinkle salmon inside and out side with salt and pepper. Spread miracle whip mixture throughout inside of salmon. Place lemon slice through inside cavity on top of miracle whip mixture. Wrap in foil . Fish should be flakey when cooked.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place foil wrapped fish on a cookie sheet and bake. Approximately 10 minutes for each inch of fish thickness. Flip once half way through cooking.

BBQ: Preheat BBQ to medium/high heat. Place foil wrapped fish directly on the BBQ. Approximately 10 minutes for each inch of fish thickness. Flip once half way through cooking.
