1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the first 4 ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and mix slowly. The dough will be crumbly. Preheat oven to 350-375. Grease cookie sheets. Mix 3 T. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon in a small shallow bowl. Roll dough in small balls and roll the balls in the sugar mix. Place on cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes.
