1/2 c. oil or melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1 cup milk
3 c. cooked oatmeal
2 t. baking powder

Cinnamon, dried or chopped fresh fruit optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the oil/butter, brown sugar, salt and milk Then add the oatmeal and baking powder, mixing in thoroughly. Place in an ovenproof pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
