1 unbaked pie crust
8 slices bacon, cooked
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chives

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust in 9 inch pie pan or Flan pan. Beat eggs well, mix with milk.
Add cheese. Crumble bacon and add to mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45 min.-hour. Quiche is done when knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
