16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces mango chutney
1.5 cups raisins
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, chutney, raisins, vanilla, and onion in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into a ball. Roll in pecans or walnuts. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers
