1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each of basil and parsley
3 cups cubed potatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions and celery. Add beef and stir until brown. Add basil, parsley, broth and potatoes. Boil until potatoes are tender. Dissolve flour in milk and stir into soup, thickening. Stir in cheese until melted, then add sour cream.
