1 C. butter or margarine
1/2 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 C. flour
Dash of salt
1 t. vanilla
1 small jar of marshmallow crème
1/2 C. chopped pecans or whole pieces


Frosting:
16 oz. powdered sugar (3 1/2 cups)
1/2 C. milk
1/3 C. cocoa
1/4 C. margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cocoa in a saucepan; whisk and stir often to prevent scorching. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Add chocolate mixture. Beat in flour, salt and vanilla. (You can add the chopped pecans to the cake batter or place whole pecans on bite-sized pieces.) Spread cake batter in a greased/floured 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350o for 30-35 minutes.

Spread marshmallow crème on cake immediately after removing from oven.

Combine the frosting ingredients and spread over warm cake.
