1 (29oz) can pure pumpkin
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease a 9x13 pan
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Spread pumpkin mixture in prepared baking dish. Mixture will be very wet.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly on top of batter. Sprinkle pecans on top of cake mix. Pour melted butter over the top of cake mix. Bake for 50 minutes.
Cool. Top with ice cream or cool whip.
