Crust:
1 stick Oleo
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans

2nd Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

3rd Layer:
2 boxes of instant pudding (Pistachio, lemon, chocolate ...)
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
For Crust: Mix ingredients. Pat into 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool before proceeding.

Layer 2: Mix ingredients and spread onto cooled crust.

Layer 3: Mix ingredients until thick and spread on top of Layer 2.

Top with Cool Whip and more Pecans if desired.
