4 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar or 3 1/2 cups
1 - 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese [yes, there is a difference!]
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish in the oven
Mix 2 eggs with cake mix. It will be very thick. Press in to bottom of melted butter/pan.
Mix 2 eggs with confectioners sugar and softened cream cheese.
Pour and spread on cake mixture.
Bake at about 350' for about 35 minutes or until a nice golden brown crust has formed.
Cool and cut into to as many or as few pieces that you want. Makes 2 or 500!
