1 envelope (1/4 oz.) Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pomegranate juice
2 packages (3 oz. each) Jello Raspberry Flavor Gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water in small bowl; let stand for 1 minute
Mix 1/4 c. sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan
Gradually whisk in juice and unflavored gelatin until blended
Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved
Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm
Unmold
Cut into 24 pieces
Coat with remaining sugar just before serving
