1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tsp. snipped fresh mint
2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1 - 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak cut 1 inch thick
1/2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
1/2 c. chopped red apple
1/2 c.chopped pear
1/2 c. chopped peeled peach
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Stir together concentrate, oil, honey, mustard, green onion, mint and hot pepper sauce
Set aside 1/4 c. of the above mixture to make the relish then cover and chill until needed
Place steak in a plastic bag then set in a shallow bowl and pour remaining marinade over meat
Seal bag and turn to coat meat with marinade then chill 24 hours turning bag occasionally
Combine reserved marinade, pepper, apple, pear, peach, celery, green onion and lemon juice
Cover and chill until serving time up to 24 hours
Remove steak from plastic bag reserving marinade
Grill steak on rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals to desired doneness
Turn once and brush occasionally with marinade until the last 10 minutes of grilling
Allow 18 - 22 minutes for medium doneness
